A clean hot air circulation oven is a type of drying oven that can meet GMP/FDA requirementsdeviceEspecially suitable for drying small batches of raw materials, solid preparations, and other special requirements. According to different materials and processes, a flat flow or through flow clean hot air circulation oven can be customized.

Structure Introduction：

The hot air circulation drying oven consists of four parts: the main unit (clean area), auxiliary units (non clean area), connecting pipes, and electrical control. The main unit is an independent drying room, while the auxiliary units include a heat source, circulating fan, dehumidification fan, primary, medium, and high-efficiency filters for the fresh air supplement port, high-efficiency filters before and after the heat source, and high-temperature high-efficiency filters.

Performance characteristics:

1. All the plates of the oven are made of stainless steel, including the impeller of the circulating fan, the vortex shell, and the dehumidification fan, all of which are made of stainless steel;

2. A centrifugal fan with high air volume and pressure was selected as the circulating fan for forced ventilation, which can accelerate the drying speed of materials;

3. The fresh air supplement port outside the box is equipped with primary, medium, and high-efficiency filters;

4. The system can intelligently control humidity, discharge moisture reasonably, and set drying programs for different materials to achieve ease of operation;

5. All components of the oven are easy to disassemble and can be thoroughly and quickly cleaned.
